People prefer something to the other.
I sometimes wonder where those preferences are coming from.
I'm sure a lot of it is coming from person's experience in his life.
Probably someone you grew up with has strong influences.
Maybe you dad liked it or you brother hated it. Some like that.
But, I wonder if there is anything that's more congenital. something you carried on from your blood.
It may sound crazy, but it's interesting to think that you like something because of your ancestors' experiences or your DNA is trying to tell you what is good for you.
When I was younger, I felt like I didn't have many preferences.
When my friends talked about what they liked, I didn't know what to say because I really didn't know what I liked. Girl types for example.
Now, over the years, I think I have built some foundation of what to like based on my experiences. So I feel I have more preferences than before.
I still feel that I have tendency to search for reasons to justify myself for liking something before doing it more directly, though.
I wonder how it is for everyone.
Did you always know what you liked?
